Here's a remarkable video of Robyn O'Brien, a self-described "Real Food' evangelist who has researched the US food industry in response to one of her children's food allergy. What she found was remarkable and a bit scary. Robyn has a book that provides far more info than this short video but the video will give you an insight into the research she's done and how the US commercial food industry has changed in the past decade. This also gives one a sense of the personal and national impact of those changes on the US population. particularly striking is that the rest of the world doesn't allow this type of food production.
